Project Brief

Following the end of a tenancy, this commercial warehouse required a full strip-out and refurbishment before it could be prepared for its next lease. Everything left behind by the previous occupant needed clearing and responsibly disposing of, before DWPM could strip the space back to bare and begin a complete redecoration throughout. The scope of work included a full clearance of all assets and equipment left on site, a complete floor and wall repaint, the removal and restructuring of the first floor level and balcony corridors, new lighting installed across the site and a programme of repairs carried out throughout.

Project Requirements

The warehouse presented a significant amount of work before any refurbishment could begin. A large volume of leftover equipment and products needed to be responsibly cleared and disposed of and the space stripped back entirely to give a clean starting point. The building spanned two levels, with the upper balcony corridors requiring a complete removal before the finishing work could take place. Once the groundwork was done, DWPM carried out a full floor and wall repaint, installed new lighting throughout and completed all necessary repairs across the site - delivering a fully refreshed space ready for its next tenancy.

A complete end-of-tenancy commercial rip-out and refurbishment, from initial clearance right through to a finished, lettable space. DWPM managed the full scope - clearance, structural work, electrics, redecoration and repairs, giving the client a single point of contact throughout and a warehouse ready for its next lease. Safe to say, the space was completely transformed.
